The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Ligament GmbH ("Provider") and consumers or business clients who purchase services via this website — in particular the book, online courses, workshops, seminars and individual coaching services.
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Provider. Confirmation is sent by e-mail.
All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe.
The book is shipped within Austria and the EU after receipt of payment. Shipping costs and expected delivery time are shown in the order process.
Access to online courses is granted after receipt of payment via the protected member area.
Bookings are binding. Cancellation and withdrawal terms are specified for each individual event.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal pursuant to the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). A detailed withdrawal instruction and the standard withdrawal form will be added with the final version.
The Provider is liable in accordance with the general statutory provisions.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with business clients, the registered office of Ligament GmbH is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply.
